This is the premier suite of Setouchi Retreat Aonagi, a maisonette type that offers a panoramic view of the beautiful islands of the Seto Inland Sea.

‘THE AONAGI Suite’, our signature room, captures the ‘blue’ of the Seto Inland Sea. It is the most popular room in our establishment, boasting one of the best views in Japan. This two-floor maisonette features a living area with a table and sofa on the lower floor. The bedroom and a jacuzzi-type bathroom are located on the upper floor.

This suite features a semi-open-air onsen with our original full-flat bed bath.

Designed to enhance the hot spring experience, we have prepared a full-flat bed bath. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors offer a forest view, while the 4th floor has a panoramic view. The acceptance of children is limited to the 4th-floor panoramic view rooms. Smoking is allowed only on the forest view terraces, while the panoramic view rooms are entirely non-smoking.

This room, featuring a wood balcony, is perfect for seclusion, with bright greenery filling the windows. It’s ideal for reading or drawing in the spacious living area. We also recommend napping on the terrace while basking in the sunlight filtering through the leaves.
