Below is a list of answers to the most frequently asked questions about our SPA. If your question is not answered here, please contact us directly.

Q. Do you perform treatments on multiple clients simultaneously?
Up to 2 clients are treated simultaneously.

Q. Can I get my treatment in a private room?
We usually service 2 guests of the same reservation time slots in one room. If you prefer your own private room, please feel free to ask us.

Q. I’m pregnant. Can I get a treatment?
We put our clients’ safety and health at our top priority. For this reason, we do not perform treatments on clients who are pregnant. However, some of the facial treatments are available to pregnant clients with a condition that they agree to our terms in writing, and they feel no symptoms or conditions to watch out for.

Q. Is the SPA available only to guests staying at the hotel?
Visitors without overnight stay are welcome at our SPA.

Q. Do I need to completely undress to get treatment?
Clients are asked to change into our disposable underwear before a treatment. During treatments, we place towels on body parts that are not being treated.

Q. How much time do I need to allow to change before my treatment starts?
Our treatment time slots already take into account the time needed for counseling and a change. Please arrive at the start time of your reserved treatment.

Q. Do you accept male clients?
Gentlemen are welcome at our SPA. All our treatments are for both ladies and gentlemen.

Q. In what cases would you not perform treatments?
We put our clients’ safety and health at our top priority. Clients with medical conditions and/or concerns are advised to consult their physicians before signing up for any of our services, as some treatments may be contraindicated for them. Clients with the following conditions are asked to inform us in advance, as we may not be able to service them:

– Hemorrhagic or suppurating wounds
– Infectious diseases and/or skin diseases
– Conditions that require regular clinical treatments such as high blood pressure, heart diseases and allergies
– Pregnancy, especially during the first trimester
– Alcohol consumption before a treatment
